VisionQuest (2026)
VisionQuest (2026) is an American superhero series from Marvel Television, streaming on Disney+. Created by showrunner Terry Matalas, it is the closing chapter of the trilogy that began with WandaVision (2021) and continued with Agatha All Along (2024). Paul Bettany returns as Vision, the android Avenger who was rebuilt as the white Vision and given the original Vision’s memories, without the emotions attached to them.
After escaping the people who wanted to turn him into a weapon, Vision has been living in hiding, searching for a new purpose. Inside his own mind, he consults the AI personalities built into his programming: J.A.R.V.I.S. (James D’Arcy), F.R.I.D.A.Y. (Orla Brady), E.D.I.T.H. (Emily Hampshire), and the most dangerous voice of all, Ultron (James Spader), returning for the first time since Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015). Vision’s quiet life ends when mercenaries come hunting the bounty on his head, led by the hunter Paladin (Todd Stashwick). On the run, Vision crosses paths with Thomas Shepherd (Ruaridh Mollica), a mysterious young man who may be Tommy Maximoff, his son, reborn. To survive, Vision must protect the boy, resist Ultron’s growing influence, and finally decide what being human means for a machine.
The eight-episode season premiered on 14 October 2026 with two episodes, and its finale is scheduled for 11 November 2026.
